​Challenge:

Chapa Mágica wanted to launch a new line of exclusive drinks and increase customer flow after the launch. AG3 developed an integrated campaign, focused on digital media and on-site activation, to highlight the drinks and generate engagement.

The strategy included:

Strong visual identity, with vibrant images of the drinks.

Social media: posts, short videos, Reels and Stories showing the preparation of the drinks.

Promotions and interactions to encourage visits to the restaurant.

Partnerships with influencers to increase visibility and credibility.

Segmented email marketing, offering exclusive discounts.

Themed events and happy hours to strengthen the restaurant experience.

The result was greater digital engagement and an increase in customer frequency.

Creative Process:

 

  • The starting point for the campaign was a complete immersion into the essence of the Chapa Mágica brand. The AG3 team worked closely with the client to deeply understand the restaurant’s atmosphere, the customer profile and the unique features of the new drinks.

  • Creative Brainstorming:
    AG3’s design, writing and planning team dedicated themselves to creating a visual and textual narrative that would connect the audience with the drinks in an engaging way. We sought to highlight the exclusivity and sensory experience that the new cocktails provided.

  • Concept Development:
    Different creative lines were developed that explored the concept of magic present in the brand name, associating this with the unique experience of the drinks. The final concept explored the idea of "enchanting drinks", with vibrant colors and a magical atmosphere, creating curiosity and a desire to experiment.
    With the creative narrative defined, the AG3 design team began to build the campaign's visual system:

  • Visual Identity:
    We created a striking visual identity, combining warm, vibrant colors with graphic elements that conveyed freshness and modernity. The chosen typography reinforced the contemporary character of the campaign, while the graphics gave a touch of exclusivity to each drink.

  • Creation of Graphic Material:
    We developed a series of visual pieces for different platforms, such as social media banners, stories, feed posts and short videos showing the preparation of the drinks. Each piece was carefully designed to be visually appealing and aligned with the magical concept of the campaign.

  • Visual Impact Tests:
    Before launching the campaign, the AG3 team conducted A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of the visuals and determine which combinations of images and text generated the most engagement. These tests allowed them to optimize the campaign elements, ensuring that the most impactful pieces were used at launch.

Results:

 

  • The campaign was a huge success, exceeding the expectations of both Chapa Mágica and AG3. Key results include:

  • 45% increase in drinks sales during the launch period, exceeding the initial target of 22%.

  • Engagement on social media grew by 37.5%, with a significant number of shares, positive comments and organic mentions of the new drinks.

  • 39.8% growth in customer flow at the restaurant during the campaign period, compared to the same period in the previous year.

  • Positive feedback from influencers, who generated more than 1,000 interactions on social media and increased the brand's visibility to a younger audience that is in tune with gastronomic trends.

  • Significant increase in the loyal customer base, with more than 500 new registrations on Chapa Mágica's email marketing list.

Conclusion: 

The campaign created by AG3 for Chapa Mágica was a successful example of integrated digital marketing and point-of-sale experience. Combining a well-defined social media strategy, on-site activations and strategic partnerships, the campaign not only led to a significant increase in sales of the new drinks, but also consolidated Chapa Mágica as a must-visit destination for those seeking a unique gastronomic experience.
